I got the product thro' flipkart yesterday. It got delivered within 3 days of order.
The product is too good. The sound quality is good, but not with the headphone provided. If you have a better headphone, then it will be too good. The navigation is bit difficult. In the panel, for the first time we cannot find which is the navigation key.
The OLED display is bright and awesome. It shutsdown faster. The data transfer rate is too good. I transferred a 3 GB mp3 songs within approx. 20 min...

A Musicain's Review... Great Product
I, being a musician(Guitarist) say that you should go only for this product as it is in budget of a middle class Family and Sound Quality is amazing.
But 1 problem is there that the Philips ear pods that you get with this product are of really cheap quality. I have thrown them out. -easy to transfer songs from laptop (simple plug and play)
