Got the product delivered on 29th April, 2015, without Invoice. Applied for online Invoice , 1st one was blank. Again Applied for 2nd Invoice , this one didn't contained Product Serial No.
Think of an Original Invoice without Product Seri al No. !!!!!!!

Overall, the product deserves 5 stars as it really simplifies the task of making soup using fresh ingredients (as other reviewers have also mentioned).
However, there are limitations to this product and I wanted to clearly call those out

I wasn't sure of acquiring this appliance at the price it came. Ordered it on a whim, and also after positive feedback from 2 friends. In the winter months, it's made soup-making fairly painless. It looks like a blender but the excellent part about it is the process of 'fill it, shut it and just wait for the beep' in 20 or so minutes to get your mugs of soup. Ideal for winter evenings. Mostly useless in summer months.

Must have home applianceappliance. Great for making soups and smoothies conveniently. Functions flawlessly and super easy to clean. Just follow the instructions and you should be good.

In case you are interested in no oil soups, this is the best gadget in the market. I am using it the last 6 months and am very satisfied with the performance. Just put all ingrideants and soup is ready in around 20 mins.

Easy to use and useful in making variety of soups, veg and non veg, although we have used only for veg. The only two drawbacks first it always makes soup for minimum 4 people, second take lot of time in process. For larger families it is a good product.
