He published Doctoral Research on ‘‘A Study of Teacher Effectiveness in relation to Creativity and Accountability of Secondary School Teachers of north coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh’’. The area of thesis is secondary level teacher education. He was engaging Dr.BROU &Andhra University Distance B.Ed Classes and D.El.Ed-NIOS contact classes.
