A:Yes but lids are 1 each. If you want really 2 prressure cookers its not. Its a mix and match combinations of 3 ltr, 5ltr bottom and lids(1 pressure lid, 1toughened glass lid and 1 filter lid(rice)

A:Yes it is a long lasting coating and we have also used steel spoons for cooking. But my suggestion would be to go with a nylon one just to be on the safer side
