The maximum volume of the product is not much
This is a good headset as per the connectivity and usability. But the volume level is not so great, you cannot use the headset while you are driving as the sound will be inaudible while the engine is running.

Good Product
I ordered this product considering 2 factors - Good reviews & Good known brand. This brand is known to produce professional equipment for Call Center & hence assumed that the quality would be nice.
I found the product to be good, thought the maximum volume could be better as sometime in traffic, the voice is not fully audible. Fits the ear well. Good thing that the rubber tip sits outside the ear, thus making it comfortable to use. In all, a good product.

Excellent Quality
I am very happy with the product. It is every bit of its description that is here on flipkart. The only issue is it is a little big, but manageable. Voice clarity is amazing, battery back up is good, No noise, simply awesome !

Poor Sound Quality
I have been using Plantronics Voyager Pro. I have lost 2 of those headsets and then decided to go for a cheaper one. For the price I am not expecting any kind of features like A2DP and battery indicators like in the higher models.
But the basic use of a bluetooth headset is to talk and this one doesn't serve the purpose especially when you are outside (slightly noisy) place. The max volume is really feeble.

Good piece
It was certainly a very good deal for me to get Plantronics 240 and pair with my iPhone5 I was very skeptical about it being paired with my iPhone however, it paired within seconds.
