Solid sound quality, very light and comfortable to use. Natural sound, and the automatic sensor is a boon. One of the finest BT headset in the market. I use for official conferences spanning over an hour and it works great. People on the other side hear me loud and clear.

In simple words: the best there is
I've used lots of Bluetooth headsets in past 5 years. Partly because I love gadgets and partly because its so much more convenient for long talks rather than holding your phone.
Pros:
1. Excellent sound quality
2. Excellent noise-reduction
3. Easily fit in your ear
4. Comes with varying settings to fit in different size of ears
5. Good battery back up
Cons:
1. You have to spend good deal of money to get this but again, quality has its price.

Excellent Quality Worth Every Penny
Had bought this year ago from flipkart., now i feel - i am worthy enough to write this review.
It has excellent build quality, battery life is excellent, it is for professional people who will be on calls day long.
honestly, it is an expensive affair for people who speak 30 - 60 mins/day.
If you will be on call for atleast 3- 4 hrs/day then this is must go one for you.

Excellent Product

I own this headset, got it from flipkart few months back. Works perfectly.Battery life is good. The quality of sound is really good. Paring is easy with BB and apple, though cudn't pair it with sony xperia,the sensor feature is excellent, helps you save battery. Best only when used indoors or when driving a car, as you will experience a lot of disturbance in open air.The best part is, you can have it on your ear the whole day and there will be no discomfort or pain at all.

Do NOT go by the looks of this product. It is a blotch on its predecessor. It looks identical but thats where the similarity ends.
Why do we buy a Bluetooth Headset? To make calls, of course!!!! The clarity of sound at the end of the receiever is pretty bad. I had to often switch my phone to the handsfree-off mode to make myself heard. I used this product for less than 6 weeks and it started developing cracks at the section which wraps around the top of the ear.

Not very happy.
Somewhat the ear piece isn't fitting very snug no matter what size ear piece i attach and try. Also, the sound quality is much weak when compared with the crystal clear sound i get from my hand set...the 10 meter distance thing also seems to be wary...loose voice quality at times while on call.
All in all, not a fair piece of equipment for the price i paid...

Great headset
Its what, its features say. Only drawback is that its not compatible with windows 7, 64 bit. Thats why I have given it four stars as I am not able to connect with my laptop which has windows 7, 64 bit.
Plantronics does not service the product and only option is replacement so if the warranty is over then you don't have any option other than throwing the expensive product in garbage bin. So be aware of this fact and then decide.
