Great quality product. My need was somewhat unusual. I needed a stand that could hold my laptop close to me, above my music keyboard. This stand couldn't do it the way it was, but I could unscrew the top, turn it around and screw it back on, and now, it's perfect. There's a socket wrench in the box to let you loosen the nut if the joints are too tight, but I used the wrench to take the top off and put it back on backwards.
