Q:if i workout at night by 8 pm so when i have to take it and please also guide me for whole day when to take pill 1 or 2 pill nd if 2 den when with food or empty stocmach
A:Take 1 capsule 2 times daily after meal. In the morning take 1 capsule after Breakfast & take another 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before your workout in the Evening.
