I am giving 5/5, just to avoid state of negativity. Because criticizing one book will bring me more books and things to criticize!
This book, so cheap, worth for basic knowledge, but if u want proper techniques for problems which are real, go for the magic by rhonda byrne. Both books ends up emphasizing exact same mental state, but the magic gives very clear cut techniques to be done routinely, to give you a massive impact !

If You Can Read Only One Book, Choose This One.
Firstly, reading this book requires an open mind. You have to be open to learning about mind-blowing concepts and then trying them out. I had heard in a Paul McKenna tape that we spend hours trying to learn how to work the latest gadgets, but pay no attention to learning to work the most advanced super computer - the human mind. Not worth the pages
Don't get the review wrong by the title.
Everything which he describes in the book works in real life. You can do great stuff just with the power of your subconscious mind.
However, I thought this was some what of overwriting. I mean there were more examples then requires & same thing told again, again, again & again.
I read so many books & finish most of them withing a couple of days. I love reading non-fiction - but it took me more than 4 months to finish this book. It's just too boring.

Good book for everyone
I purchased this book thiniking of something else. It is not the case, that I want some self-help, but just curiosity. I purchased it for reading it and it happened to be a good book. It reflects positive thinking and relation between your conscious and sub-conscious mind. Read this and get this in practice, if you want to improve on your part.
