Great product for home use..very easy to install by own . I did not call their expert for fittings. I did it myself.
Now taking about effectiveness ..its god for just warm up and loose 50 to max 100 cal if u do it for 30 min to 1 hr.
I am really really concern about their belt . Only after 1 month of use i can see belt has been damaged due to heat generated while exercising from the machine . I don't know how can get it if it got damaged.
