    The Picture is not accurate. The mobile holder is very cheap common one and do not look the picture. I didn't receive any bag. The tripod is okay but I'm little scared to bend the leg too much. The mobile holder thread is made of plastic and the tripod thread is made of metal so there is higher chance of doing thread damage if you over tight it.
