Absolute rubbish!

Toady that is 10/03/2020 only pack has been opened its very shocked that Preethi Mixer grinder is not power on ,not working .i am totally upset ,now almost one month 10 days passed . now how can i replace this product ?..... This type of issue i never face in flipkart.
