I have been using theses diapers for past few years for my mother in law. It is very easy to use, comfortable and good. A little more absorbant material to hold more urine can surely add value to this product. Since this is used for adults, when there is total loss of bladder control, it is not of much use, especially in the nights. Even using two at a time does not help for total incontinence. So adding a little more absorbing material should surely help.
