This is a bible for anybody learning or practicing corporate finance. This is not a great book for beginners but if you have done basic reading of financial management, it is the best you can find. Numerous interesting cases have been cited to give you complete perspective of each topic. It covers every aspect of financial decision making.

Great Book

I have read a few pages of this book borrowing from a library. then i decided to buy it. this book is a must for the students of Finance and Commerce. Lucid language. Superb theoretical knowledge. Brilliant illustrations will build the concept of the reader.

A must have book for Financial knowledge. Easy language with Indian contemporary example to explain the concepts. A little disappointment was just because of the Publisher making typographical errors. Rest the contents are awesome and easy to comprehend.

The Book is very good as per concept and very interactive approach of learning. But the problem is connect finance is not available for India. Moreover answer of the problems should be given so that we can be sure we are doing right for each problem.
