The product is light weight and does not provide the confidence when a 80 kg person climbs it .Thought the product was packed well with a warranty card and quality check ,one leg was not sitting on the floor well. product sturdiness needs a definite improvement.Honestly don't go by online review of 5 people standing and 4 ladders holding tata Ace , build quality to Improve, if this happens this is No 1 ladder in India.Hope the company takes this feedback

A:Your product is good. But you had flashed per step and plateform measurement will be 4 inches and 16 inches. But it is found only 3 inches and 10 x 10 inches. It is very difficult and avoid this habit
