I have been using Protel Protouch UR-401 for the past 6-7 years, and it has not given be a chance to complain even once. I accidentally broke it recently and ordered another on Flipkart.

There was a slight logistics mix-up, and Protel sent me a landline phone instrument by mistake. I returned the item and asked for the UR-401. Protel probably did not have a UR-401 in stock, and they sent me a UR-501 instead.

This one is even better than the UR-401 I was using earlier.

I bought this product last year, the manufacture give 6 months warranty, believe me after 6 months the exact next day itself it is malfunctioning it is won't work properly.

easy to use & easy to understand
used it for almost 2 years with no complain. Later keys stop responding.
searched it back & find it now on flipkart.
