Perfect product!
I love chick peas. Dried peas in a sturdy bag saves space (no cans). The peas are easy to reconstitute by soaking and boiling. As well, the peas have their own unique umami flavor.

Mind-blowing purchase
It takes a little longer to cook. Instant pot 30 minutes. I soaked overnight. I like the taste and l mashed some for a hummus.

Mind-blowing purchase
Can someone tell me why I ordered 4 lbs of dried chickpeas?! It was probably one of those late night have-another-beer-dude situations. Though by spending 20% more I received 2x the chickpeas, compared to the 2 lb offering. I have found several recipes using them (vegan BBQ chickpea pizza anyone?) and so I am slowly dipping my toes into the chickpea water so to speak. Well packaged, cheap, vast quantity, useful in countless vegan recipes. Guess I did good after all.
