Best in the market!

Used it for making chocolate, and end-product was just like chocolate with factory-finish 😋 (earlier, cocoa butter would just separate out, needing physical reconstitution after chilling for a while). Optimal ratio is 0.5 - 1.5% of the final weight of the product (depending on how much water and fats you need to emulsify, more the amount of water-containing ingredients used, higher is the amount of lecithin needed).
