This is my first Quechua product & I bought it based on reviews and research on web.
Got it for 2k while Mrp was 3k, thanks to flipkart for 35% off. Out of the box shoes looks great, quality of material looks good too. I bought this product for all weather use. Above are my initial expressions and I will update my review time to time. As always good packaging & delivery by flipkart.

It's been 6 months I have been using these shoes. I have completed 14-15 treks with this ...

I got this for my SAR Pass trek in May 2014. Used this over slushy, slippery, snowy, and rocky surfaces and found the performance impressive. The only place where it slipped were on rocks covered with moss.
Quechua's all models were good. My friends wore Q- F - 500, Q-F-50, and one other model and none of them slipped. The best part was on snow when most other shoes gave way and people were falling everywhere, Quechua wearing folks could strut along effortlessly.

I trek exhaustively. From lower Himalayas to as high as 5000 meters above the sea level. I'd be lying if I say that Foreclaz 100 is perfect and the best buy. There are problems like shoelace coming off every now and then the sole doesn't grip properly on 'extremely wet' surfaces. However, you are not paying 5k for it so it mus not be a problem at all.

It has got cozy interiors and even if you walk as much as 15-20KM in a day, your feet wouldn't hurt because I have done so and it worked well ...

Flipkart delivery was quick as always. I was looking to buy new pair of shoes for my Kashmir trip. Based on the weather conditions in early March I might required good pair of shoes which should be water resistance and can protect from little snow as well. A good pair of sports shoes might have worked good there. But still I bought Forclaz 100 keeping in mind that they would give better grip and protection. After trying this shoes there I felt my choice was just perfect.

the shoe sole is pretty tough, ideal for trekking (stress tested in Dandeli forest, KA, India). black and green combo gives a nice look. very comfortable to wear.

Thanks to Flipkart for the on time delivery. This is the best product I ever had. The shoe is comfortable, reliable, tough, durable. It has good grip on snow, rock, water surface. On snow it provides you the required grip, so that you can able to walk on the surface. It provides a comfortable feeling to your feet. It provides water proofing. Till now I don't have any disadvantage with my shoe. I will update the status if I come across any pros and cons.

Just completed a Sandakphu-Phalut trek with this shoe. Total distance covered 65kms. Not a single slip on dry rock, slushy rock, dry or wet mud.I paid 2294/- for this shoe and i am very happy with the quality as fer as grip is concerned. Its not a very comfortable shoe, i inserted a Scholl jelly insole now its ok.I walked in rain for around 20min, no problem. The road was very dusty, it attracts plenty of dust. Used old tooth brush to clean, almost new now. Filpkart delivered it within 48hrs...

this one is good!! no problems if you are a hiker..... company is from france......................not a big one............ but it should satisfy your every rd needs.................you may face hard time while riding it............

If you are planning for long treks go for forclaz 500.
Will have difficulty when changing gears using toe shifter in bikes.

The shoes kept my feet dry on moderate rain, has not yet checked it on heavy rains.
