The product is good and working fine after five day use. blue bulb indicator was not working. The technician replaced it. Flipkart delivery has a lot of scope for improvement. competition offers next day delivery.

It is making lot of sound while heating the water. Complained to racold customer care. It took around 25 days for the technical team to attend to the complaint . that too after 100 times calling them everyday...
Very poor customer support..
Finally they told that it sounds like that if ground water is salty...but it is scary to listen those sounds while bathing.

Racold the name is enough. I am reviewing this after 1 year and it's working good till now.
I am already using another model (Eterno swift) of racold in 15 liter capacity both product are same only tne model name has been changed.

Overall good looking and performance of product also good till date. Flipkart delivery as usual very good and on time.

I don't get pipe mentioned in product

Quite a good geyser. bought it @ 8250 with bank offer. keeps a water hot for almost 6 hours once water is hot. free installation with pipes provided by Racold. same day delivery and installation done. for installation you have to call Racold customer care. initially installation guy asked money for pipes but when told him about free pipes and installation mentioned in the product itself he called his office and the same was clarified by me and nothing was charged from me for installation and ...
