I have already reviewed the other book, "Rakamari Niramish Ranna" written by the same author. I have nothing much to add here. These two cook books can be considered as classic bengali cook books depicted in modern style.

For a bengali food lover, this book is like a dream come true. It covers mutton, chicken, game meats & egg recipes. Tons of recipes, many of which most people havent heard of - the collection of an expert cook who has learnt with many chefs over many years - recipes from the bygone era, which are difficult to find.
This book is not for the novice, but for someone who is pretty familiar with bengali cooking & is looking for exploring further.
