Rashmi Bansal Combo (Set Of 3 Books) contains three books by Rashmi Bansal, and each of them revolves around the subject of entrepreneurship.
Summary Of The Book
Rashmi Bansal Combo (Set Of 3 Books) is a collection of three titles by the famed author, Rashmi Bansal. Each book features the stories of people who went off the beaten track by choosing the path of entrepreneurship, and lived to tell the tale.
In the first book, Stay Hungry Stay Foolish, Rashmi Bansal introduces her readers to 25 MBA graduates from IIM Ahmedabad, and charts their journey on the road of entrepreneurship. Some of them knew what they wanted right from the beginning, and the author calls them ‘The Believers’. Some others grabbed unexpected opportunities that came their way, and persevered till they hit pay dirt. These people are called ‘The Opportunists’ in the book. The remaining mavericks from the group used entrepreneurship as a form of creative expression and as a platform to create social impact, and they were the ones with ‘The Alternate Vision’. The bestselling book created an Indian record of sorts by selling over 300,000 copies. It has been translated into eight languages.
Connect The Dots is a sequel to Stay Hungry Stay Foolish. It features 20 go-getters who started their own ventures, without the backing of an MBA degree. It highlights the fact that with passion and perseverance, anybody can make it big, silver spoons and fancy degrees notwithstanding. Founders of enterprises like Crossword Bookstore, Su-Kam, and Vivekananda English Training Academy (VETA) are featured in this book. This book has also been a bestseller and has sold over 100,000 copies.
The third book, I Have A Dream, tells the story of the 20 people who think like entrepreneurs. They firmly believe that change begins with an individual, and that the individual could be absolutely anyone. They are devoted to different causes, but united in their idealism. This book is divided into three sections: Spiritual Capitalists, Changemakers, and Rainmakers.
