Decent performance. Buggy software.
So overall the headset is pretty good. I'm using it on a 64bit system with win 10 so that part of it has issues. The 7.1 surround software clashes with Overwatch and GTA5, this would sound like it makes no sense but trust me I looked things up and somehow the software messes with the game clients and causes fps drops. And some points Overwatch for me wouldn't even launch up.

Amazing Audio Quality ...Razer Rocks.
Heavenly sound,crystal clear reproduction and a boomy bass .My sound listening experience has completely changed.Best pair of headphones i have till date .Super comfy and i wear it for hours and hours without feeling stress or pain in my ears ,i wear glasses but it is alsovery comfortable .All in all a superb headset by razer and they have now launched the kraken usb version ,kraken 7.1s little brother.If you can afford it go and buy your audio experience will change.

First Razer product I'm not fond of.
The audio quality isn't that great but that's okay because these are for gaming, so it's understandable. My only qualms with these headsets are :
1) They are super skull-crushingly tight, can't wear them for over 1 hour without serious pain in my ears.
2) They are very hard to set up on the PC, especially sound calibration for the Virtual surround, my laptop kept blasting audio through the speakers, I had to disable my speakers to get these to even work, and still had no luck with surround.

Fantastic Sound
There are few audio devices that can punch right bass for some do it very less while others overdo it.
If you are looking for a good music or gaming headset this is definitely a pick. Though a bit high priced but its Razer. :)
