    very bad experience this time. not from flipkart but this time i m dissappointed by the seller. seller written the product caption realtime EM LOCK 600 LBS DOOR LOCK FINGERPRINT BIOMETRIC DEVICE. BUT HE SEND ME ONLY THE LOCKWITHOUT FINGERPRINT DEVICE . NOW THE QUESTION IS IF I INSTALED THE LOCK AND ONCE THE DOOR IS LOCKED THEN HOW TO OPEN FROM OUTSIDE. BAD EXPERIENCE. I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND TAKE THE MONEY BACK
