For Wi-POD

I have purchase Wi-pod with commitment of speed 14.7 mbps but actually i am getting only 3,1 mbps speed. This is fraud commitment from reliance.

I bought this card at Manyata Tech Park Bangalore where the speed promised was minimum of 5 mbps. But I was getting a speed of 800kbps. I complained multiple times. Later the technician who visited the site checked it and confirmed the issue. Reliance was not registering a complaint. After multiple requests, they registered a complaint and was not taking any action. Later I requested for termination and they were not ready to terminate the connection before 3 months. Stay the fk away from this cancer.....an elaborate scam. I used it for 2 months....half the time tower was low and when it was high max speed i got was 100 kbps.....shitty product by a cheater company....no surprises there.

Poor Customer Support : No support if speed is less. Wrong speed commitments when you buy the dongle but no support provided by reliance.
