A:whenever you buy new knives those knives are not sharpened 100%. Go and get sharpened only one knife ie used as utility. you will be amazed with result. It's quite unsafe to use 100 % sharpened knife

Q:Can the knife be used for cutting fish? I mean is it heavy and have enough sharpness? I generally buy mackerel, Sardin, and Rahu. And I don't like the fish dressing done by storekeepers.
A:If it's a small fish then you can. It's sharp but not heavy.
