Body

The Roccat Kone has a sleek and stylish body. The Kone mouse has a rubberised top that gives you maximum comfort and exceptional grip, even during extended sessions of gaming. The mouse has been ergonomically designed, giving you the advantage to win over your opponent. The Kone has a clip-in weight adjustment system. This allows you to add or subtract weight from the mouse, according to your needs. Ranging from weights between 5 to 20 g, you can add an additional weight up to 50 g.

To increase the tracking mechanism in the mouse, the Kone mouse is built with a Tracking Control Unit. The availability of this unit assists in analysing the mouse pad surface to obtain the perfect tracking calibration. The Roccat Kone also features a customizable light system. This adds a more visual appeal to the mouse as the 5 LEDs available display a broad spectrum of colors.

The Kone gaming mouse has 10 buttons in total.  These include the left- and right-click buttons along with a 4-way scroll wheel. One button is placed in front of the scroll wheel, while 2 buttons are etched behind it. 2 buttons are placed on the left side of the mouse, just where you place your thumb. Weighing 118 g, the Kone mouse comes in dimensions of 135 X 78 mm in width and length, respectively. The mouse can be easily connected to your computer through a USB port.

Performance

Out of the 10 buttons available on the Roccat Kone, 8 buttons are fully programmable. This allows you to set your own controls to the games you play. Equipped with a 3200 dpi sensor, the Kone mouse offers faster and smoother movement. With 1000 Hz polling, the mouse provides you with a blistering fast response time of 1 ms. This is very helpful when you are playing RTS or FPS games as you can assign commands much faster.

Built with 72 Mhz TurboCore processor, the Roccat Kone is designed for speed. The gaming mouse comes with 128 KB internal memory, allowing you to create up to 5 different gaming profiles. This is very helpful when you are competing in gaming tournaments as you can easily select the preferred game profile for the game you are playing. You can use the mouse on almost any surface, but it is suggested that you use it only with a mouse pad.
