I feel this is a great all-around multivitamin. It comes from a reputable company, optimum nutrition. when you start studying the recommended dosage of each vitamin and mineral you will realize that “some” of the components are not in its proper dosage - mainly too low. But that is expected in the multivitamin. if you’re eating well as in eating your vegetables and proper meats then you really don’t need a vitamin. But if you’re on the go, stressed out this is a great multivitamin to have.
