Fair product with little high price

Ever worst experience regarding shipment as they took 15 days to deliver the product and no COD option. Seating is not good quality and you will feel heat after 1 hr or so. No Better cushion. Back support is thin layer. Look wise it is good. Not recommendable. Suggest you to go for leather or seating with cloth material and not a polythene material. Not worst for 8k. Its a fair product and seating quality is not good.

Don't waste your money

Very unstable chair. Nobody came for assembly of chair, and we had to do it ourselves. Very cheap plastic used, finally after 2 months, the back support is broken. If you have children at home, avoid this, as they are bound to fall if they move sitting on chair .

This was the worst experience these people are cheats don't ever buy any product from royal oak furniture sorry the one star rating was to draw your attention, flipkart also needs to stop dealing with these people and all flipkart executives were not at all bothered to help me be able to return this product,received the product after one month and when I tried to return both flipkart and the dealer started playing games and in the end rejected the refund surely will never buy anything from fl...

Very bad product and no service from Flipkart nor the vendor

I have been trying to return this product since November 2016 since the product received is not as per the description. I had to chase Flipkart for over 20 days to get it installed and then they told me that someone would come for the demo... till date (its over 3 months) now and no one has come... I have also been following up with the vendor and Flipkart without succes.... Please do not buy this product.....
