Sattu is a mixture of ground pulses & cereals. It is commonly served cold as a savory drink during intense heat waves in summer or as a porridge or soft dough. Ruchi (Frozit) Sattu in Odisha is a popular breakfast and also called as “Chatua”, made from various roasted multigrains like chickpeas, flatten rice, maize, wheat, etc. Though there are many different ways to prepare Chatua aka Sattu, it is generally mixed with ripe bananas, cottage cheese (Chenna), yogurt or milk. Best alternative if anyone can’t able to make Sattu in home.
Each 500g pack contains 5 pack of 100g pack inside.
So its easy to store and use.
Cut an entire 100g pack for breakfast of an adult person, mix water , salt and eat/drink.
Mix additional Jaggery/Sugar if you like more sweetness.
Add cut fruit Salad/Nuts/Cherry/Fresh Milk/Curd to enhance Taste.
My 2 year kid also eats this as her regular breakfast since she was 1 year old.

Guys for it. This sattu is amazing in taste as well in nutrition. Apart from chana( gram) there are other ingredients which are necessary.
