At this price range , product is good and no damages and it has good packaging. But they offers a pathetic coustomer care service which is very disappointing. There might be some issues in warranty related things in future. And over all It works very well . .makes noise which is common almost every chimney at this range does ... And I will write again after 3 months of usage
