Effective as a lip gloss, stays on for like hours and gives you one whole shiny layer if you apply enough .Not a reliable plumper though, doesnt really "inflate" your lips.
Also, when you apply it,there would be a tingling minty sensation , which I didn't find annoying, but you might be allergic so google the ingredients in it and then make a wise purchase.
