    • Split Air-Conditioners: -Drilling holes into a brick wall to take out the pipes (excluding core cutting) -Fixing a hole sleeve & cap -Fixing & connecting indoor and outdoor units with copper pipes & installation of drainage pipes using the standard kit provided by the manufacturer -Installation of separately purchased power plug, MCB & power stabilizer -Temperature & gas pressure testing -Demo of the product Window Air-Conditioners: -Installing the AC as per the specifications/requirements -Connection to separately purchased stabilizer/power point in the range of the power cord provided by the manufacturer -Demo of the product Note: Charges are to be paid directly to the Brand/Jeeves authorized technician at the time of installation.

    Q:this product use condenser copper ya alloy ? and better then who copper ya alloy ??
    A:Alloy.Normally Copper condensers are better than Alloy. But in this product, Samsung uses a Technology called Durafin which uses multiple chambers for cooling, in fact is the best Technology till now.

    Q:Does it have stand and copper pipe
    A:No copper pipes inside the box. I was fooled by these answers and bought it in bbd sale. inside the package only indoor, outdoor units, remote, battery,manual as mentioned in the product description.
