Cons:
Power consumption is 300 Watt max (LED tv of comparable size has 150 watt)
Brightness is lower than LED but its more than enough for home conditions. I keep the brightness to around 75% and its very bright. LED have very bright panels but who need so much brightness anyway! Brightness could be an issue in open conditions. So ambient light must be controlled.

Now coming to the features of TV, I have done lot of research before making my mind to buy this awesomely wonderful Samsung model.

Very good TV
WIFI is not working for some reason not sure if it is router problem or TV, working with LAN.
Apps are bit slow on the TV.
Screen share is working this is best alternative to the TV apps, play videos from mobile/Tab and it shows on the TV.

This is one awesome TV @ a great price!
As everyone else has mentioned, this is a great product in terms of sound, picture quality. One important thing to be aware is that this TV is "smart-motion-ready", which actually means that to use motion gestures feature, you will have to buy an extra Samsung digital camera which costs around 6000/- .

The TV is really easy to setup and the connectivity options are great. It has thus far been a pleasurable viewing experience - great for movies, sports. If you have a bright setting the plasma might not be a great option.
