Pros: Very nice ac in this budget. Installation was very nice. Good cooling and copper condenser at this price. Samsung is a reputed brand with a number of service centres. Outdoor unit is very silent and so is the indoor one. Air throw is also high.
Cons: Remote is very basic. But no complaints at this price.

After using this Samsung AC for 3 weeks , I must say it's a perfect buy . It cools my 15*11 inch room really fast ( within 5 mins ) at 26 C . It operates quite noiselessly . All over I'm very much satisfied with the product .

Same day I got a call from Samsung for installation and next day they installed but they charged too much for installation around Rs5000 it's just because they provide extra Cooper wire...but they are very much professional and they guide very gently whatever I asked them...5 star for them also...
Now come to the AC details...it's very good purchase I had...just 2 days I used it.

Excellent cooling and very silent machine. I have always been a Voltas fan, I have two Voltas Inverter ACs, but this one is equally or even better AC. The remote has illuminated LCD which is a real convenient. I recommend this product anytime.
