Altough a bit of hesitation was there in my mind before purchasing the product because of its weight and bulkiness but every thing was taken care of by flipkart very well from the time of booking till the installation.The product was delivered on time and was well packed not a single scratch of any faulty part.The installation and demo was also taken care of by flipkart as the engineer came the same day of the delivery.Hats off to flipkart.Happy with the deal and the product.The refrigerator...

I am really happy to have this CONVERTIBLE refrigerator from Samsung which helps you a lot to save your electricity bill. I don't require ice and hence I simply converted my freezer into a fridge which has saved my electricity bill a lot. Another useful feature of this refrigerator is the ice making unit is portable means you can place it to anywhere inside or outside the refrigerator as per your requirement. So must buy product from samsung.

Seller Hapcus delivered the product on time, but not updated the status after 7 days of delivery also. I spoke to Flipkart on the issue for more than 5 times, but Flipkart service in that regard was too poor and not resolved issue only.
