Very good product - delivered and installed as per schedule
Thank you Flipkart for the Big Billion Days Sale. Got the washing machine as per schedule on 21/10 at 7.20a.m. There was no power and we informed them when they called us. But they said they would deliver and they did deliver as promised to the third floor by climbing the stairs ! The service engineer from samsung called on 22/10 for installation and completed the process at 4.30pm on 22/10.
Being an auspicious day, we inaugurated the machine on the same day.
