It's a nice product. We have been using it for the past 3 months. The inbuilt heater is giving the hot water wash upto 90 degree Celsius. The dryer is useful when the weather is rainy. It's drying the clothes completely in 1-1:30 hours after wash.

Washing quality is good.. Drying takes 2 hours but dried well and am happy.. Only detergent tray looked fragile.. Jeeves team installed it next day of delivery.. I think better watch for YouTube demo rather than installation guy demo.. It helped me lot to understand about the machine..

Got this during big billion sale for a very good price and even now it is still the cheaper and value for money washer with dryer. Washing quality is very good but drying takes a longer time. With load of 5 kgs, drying takes more than 4 hours, but if you take off some clothes after washing and dry about 3-4 kgs it can dry in 2.5 hours. Overall I’m satisfied to have found a machine with drier in this price range.

First 59 min wash and dry no use.

The delivery executive I got was absolutely useless, he installed it really badly, we have water leaking all over. He said he would come the next day, but isn’t picking up calls. Most pathetic and ridiculous service ever.
