Tremendous performance increase of the 2 computers I put this in.

I started with putting this into a 2 year old high end XPS desktop into which it breathed a new life. It started performing even better than it did at the time of purchase.

And then when I purchased my new laptop, I took out the supplied 1TB HDD with it and swapped with this one. It now takes only around 10-15 seconds to login screen and around 3-4 seconds to shut down. Laptop is an i7 top end from Dell.

I purchased this for my Macbook Pro 2011 Model. It gives a new life to my mac machine. I replaced my optical drive with old 360GB HDD and placed this SSD in place of HDD. So now i have 360 + 256 GB space in my Mac :-) I also used SSD as my primary drive so performance is much much faster now. Boot / Shutdown time is less than 5 seconds.

Great asset for those who don't want to purchase a new Laptop / Macbook but want a good speed.

7200 RPM inside Late IMAC 2013 shows speed on 180 mb/s. So boot with this external ssd with an Anker Adapter with usb 3.0. The speeds now on Black Magic test are 400 mb/s both on read and write side. Boot time to half and apps open double fast. Very good product.

This is a very cool SSD and fits perfectly in the budget margin giving a decent space in a relatively decent price considering the cost of SSDs as of 2014. The packaging and delivery was brilliant. No damage to the component. I am running Win 7 Home on it and also installed Battlefield 4 in it. The load times of almost all the maps have decreased considerably. Also looks pretty cool and is very light.

There isn't much to write about it. I bought HP laptop and this hard disk had arrived the same day. I just opened my laptop and replaced its hard disk with this one. It was detected easily. I simply installed the Windows 7 64bit and since then, I have not had any problems. It is definitely fast and very light. 256 GB is good enough if you do not want to store movies. I have purchased this product from Flipkart before 10 days back. The performance so far is awesome. Using simple HDD my computer was booting in about 58 seconds. But after installing SSD drive now it just takes about 14 seconds. The performance is top notch and I would strongly suggest, If someone is serious buying SSD .

My PC is just 2 years old with I5 Processor & 8GB Ram with Windows 7 x64.

Really great product, bought it for my desktop, it became really fast than expected.

But the main thing it didn't came with any accessories to place it inside the desktop pc, even though the manual have instructions about how to place the device inside using the accessories . I had to place the SSD inside and tape it so it don't fall off :(

You don't need to install the main OS again in the SSD because it came with Data Migration software which took like 10 mins to copy the main OS to this...
