This product is very good. But in this TV inbuilt Alexa not working properly and some time software performing slow. Overall good experience but needs more improvement.

Delightful
Pros:
- TV display quality is really good.
- trusted brand with wide service availability.
- 4k upscaling works really good.
- I got 55inch model for 35.5k only.
Cons:
- The tv is fine but build quality is not sturdy as we see in LG or Sony.
- Also it only support bixby properly which do not work well for Indian accent.
Tried to setup alexa but it will need some external source.
Like you can connect alexa to operate functions of TV.
So practically multiple Voice assistant support looks like ...

Very Good
First of all I bought this for our 25 k on offer time so it's value for money for me. Picture quality is superb, everything is good except sound. Sound is soo low but u can eradicate by using soundbar(I surely recommend).

A little slow os
And mostly 4k content is not available by the providers
Normally you can get 1080p and few 2160p content available
So going for a 4k tv makes no sense unless you have specific 4k use
You can easily go for Full hd tv which are cheaper coz even this 4k tv shows same full hd content only
Overall good tv at sale price and installation person also good guidance

The product is good but bow the TV manufacturers should work on giving anti reflective coating in tv . You need to adjust your light source in the room accordingly orherwise this screen will reflect light.
