this would be the best ext hd that you could get for this money and also has usb 3.0 and is portable....so it is easier to carry. BEST BUY from FLIPKART !!!

THe cheapest 2TB that you can buy
This was the cheapest 2TB External HDD that I could find during GOSF.
Couldn't find any reviews worth reading prior buying hence took the jump without having any expectations.
Once I received the drive, found that its actually a Seagate product.
Build quality is that great, cant expect any more at this price point.
Transfer speeds on USB 2.0 is 16-22 MB/s (tried on different systems).
Tried USB 3.0 on only 1 system, got transfer speed of 100MB/s from a internal SATA 6 hdd.
Consider buying ...

The Best Cheapest 2TB hard disk out there!
Amazingly impressed with the Hard Disk. Works without any issues. Is a genuine Samsung Product. Transfer speeds are as good as any other there. The Charging adapters and the cables offered alongwith are of a good quality too. I had researched a lot about 2tb hard disks before buying this product. You cannot ask for anything more with this. It also has smart security and auto backup feature. Anybody wanting to buy this can buy this without any fear cuz you'll be having a good product at hand. ...

GOOD PRODUCT, TIMELY DELIVERY
I got delivery on third day after booking the product. The delivery was fast, good packaging and courteous delivery boy.
The product brand is Samsung however manufactured by Seagate, this is the cheapest 2TB external HDD. With 3.0 USB it is very fast, I am also using same brand 1TB HDD (bought from Flipkart 2 months back) also and transferring files between these two HDD is also very fast.

Samsung D3 Station 3.5 inch 2 TB External Hard Drive
Delivery was on time and the product is simply Excellent. With the availability ofUSB3.0 the data transfer speed is excellent. I can transfer few GB of data within few minute.

Samsung STSHX-D301TDB 3 External Hard Disk 3 TB Capacity,
Plus point is its capacity 3TB. Demerits: As the Hard-drives go, this is a very old technology, brought to you now. Its much bigger and heavier than other usb3 drives. It needs external power. Its included software for disc management is not for windows 8 - so you are on your own. It also causes windows 8 to freeze many times if used on USB 3 port. Manufacturer's support is unreliable, since actual manufacturer is Segate, samsung has only stamped its name on it.
