I bought this phone recently... looks to be really good phone with good performace...
but there are two things to be concidered before buyning this product...
1 - RAM - its too low for the product
2- Camera -its said 5 MP Camera but the photo do not appear to be that great.

Over all... good phone within such price.

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830i (White Colour) for more than a year now. Previously I had always used Nokia handsets, but wanted to try something different this time so bought this phone after my previous handset fell down and developed a problem.

The ease of use, performance and durability wise I still prefer my Nokia handset. But this handset is also good and looks great as well. Especially the white colour.....people usually think that I have an iphone :-)

s5830 is barely now available in market, the galaxy ace has a tag of s5830i now, but there are some differences, even description in most websites are wrong( i own a s5830i)

CPU: s5830 has qualcomm 800MHZ where as s5830i has broadcom 832MHZ
Internal Mem: s5830 has 158mb where as s5830i has 190mb.
RAM: s5830 has 278mb where as s5830i has 290mb.
Bluetooth: s5830 has ver 2.0 where as s5830i has ver 3.0.
GPU: s5830 has Adreno 200 where as s5830i has Broadcom Videocore IV.

Bought it for 9600INR. Kudos to FlipKart for their fastest delivery.

Phone is good, gave it as a gift for my sister and she is happy with that.
It is better than SONY tipo, because of its screen size and battery back up.

I purchased this phone 3 months back. It is a good phone, crisp display, good battery life and good dimensions (I am not a big fan of tablet size mobile devices). The phone gets slower with use and when you install more than say 6-7 apps. I have whatsapp, hdfc, icici, viber, skype etc apps installed. May be due to the slower processor are the 270MB odd RAM. The phone gets slow, esp some of the built in features like accessing the contacts and dial pad etc.

I am going in for a samsung again,...

good phone for basic use only, looks good got this for a very good deal and it is worth buying if you just want basic features, you may not be able to install many apps as the internal memory is 158MB.

Its nice and good value for money, best economical android phone with available features. Android froyo.. Nice cam with flash, good voice search. Nice app collection. Nice touch responsiveness.

- A better RAM could do at this price
- More internal memory
- Better battery backup needed

Its a really nice phone.. quiet affordable & has all da requirements for an android user.. i purchased this phone for my mom.. she loves it.. only thing missing is a secondary camera.. the display, sound & all features work wonderfully..
