This is really a very good phone when comparing to other phones:

-> very fast -- 1.2 quad core processor with 1 GB RAM and with auto non-used processes killer s/w, does not haungs.
-> Amazing battery backup -- Chipset is from broadcom which gives more power backup even when using with wifi.
-> good quality -- does not produce heat
-> More features -- like single handed, multi-window, etc...
-> 5'' screen is really good with excellent touch sensitivity

This phone is overpriced, with same hardware XOLO Q1000 Opus is available at 8k.
The resolution is very bad for 5 inch display.
It is true for all Samsung phone I would say, This phone is better than Samsung galaxy quattro, but not even close to Moto G in performance.

recently my cousin sister has bought this phone. its a gr8 phone with good resolution good cam quality, very fast quadcore processor including 1gb RAM which is good for gaming!! Decent sound quality but compare it with sony xperia M its does not hve a quadcore processor and a big screen like the grand neo but that's way too cheap than this if we buy xperia den it would be a good deal for the buyers!! It's the sixth month I'm using the Galaxy Grand Neo GTI9060 Dual Sim version. The screen of the phone is pretty bad, because if you look deep into the screen, you could see the pixels. They are just mere 180ppi. But it also has an advantage. Due to the low resolution screen, the battery backup is pretty awesome. A 2100 mAh battery goes on for a whole day for me. I travelled a whole day straight without charging my phone! And the best part is, even 1% of the charge, goes on for atleast 15-30 m...

This is a very good phone. Gr8 Value for money. Samsung is much better than any of its rivals like Sony, LG, Motorola, Micromax etc.

using this phone from three months,very good battery backup,camera takes good images, flash is bright, no heating,lag free. As the price is around 13k it is a good phone at that price range.

Excellent work by Flipkart , as I got delivery of Samsung galaxy grand neo within 2 days.
Product was very well packed.
Thou the grand neo is good looking and boasts its 5" screen, it is however not price worthy. The screen resolution which is 800 × 480 is somehow very low. The camera which is 5 MP should have been at least 8 MP and the front camera is also Vga . Therefore the picture quality is not very good .
The also lags in high quality games. Even it lags in full HD Video.

I purchased this phone after a lot of research regarding specs and price. In quad-core branded phones, Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo and Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro are two of the cheapest. However, Neo justifies its higher pricetag owning to a bigger display and lager internal storage.

I'm absolutely satisfied with this purchase and I strongly recommend this phone.
