Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300 is worth buying in this price range. It provides all the features Galaxy Y offers along with HUGE 3 GB memory and the only difference is a bit smaller screen.

But really, smaller screen is not an issue as it has same resolution as galaxy Y so this results in a better display. While browsing or doing any other task, it is not screen size that matters much but it is resolution that effects the display area.

screen size is the most disappointing thing else it would have been a killer.... 3gb internal memory at 7k is really awesome( guys like me whose phone have low internal memory will know it better) ... with 3 gb of internal memory average user who dont root their phone will be very happy .... according to me this is a better option if you can compromise the screen and camera...

Awesome phone, at such small sized piece, it has great features like high responsive touch screen, fast processing speed, great internal backup of 3GB and etc. etc. etc. .....but its price being so low, it has got some disadvantages also like the screen is a little small and the worst thing is it turns off on its own sometimes (rarely though, shouldn't bother much), only if this 'switching off' problem could be taken care of, this phone would be the perfect phone for a person who want to save...

3. gprs speed is really good
4. play store is easily accesible
5. game playing is really enjoyable
6. video quality is also very good
7. gps is very fast
8. 3g is very fast

cons
1. audio loudness is extremely low
2. does not support mp4 videos
3. screen is little small
4. battery drains very fast
5. hangs sometimes

I hav been using android for more than a year and i found internal memory as a key factor while using android. Though we hav memory cards, sum applications cannot be moved completely to the external storage. So, my advice is to buy this phone if u want a small android phone with a reasonable price.

I bought it for experiencing Android & did it.. though unfortunately the timing was bad as just after it new phones with the same price started giving ICS OS,& so all in all if you look at it today it's a poor choice but when I bought this phone it was a good option because of the 3GB memory & a 866Mhz Processor, any other 6.5K phone weren't giving these features... & thus a decent 4 start rating to the product....

The phone is really good for the features and its price but its screen size it slightly small. Otherwise its an awesome phone. Those who want Android on a decently priced phone sholu go by this

this is an excellent phone if you are looking for budget smart phone. powerful features like wi-fi with hotspot, good music quality and gps. video playback is good but supported formats are very limited.
only thing that disappoints is the camera it should be 5 MP atleast with autofocus.

Its a superb low budget android phone to enter in the world of android.. its excellent feature is 3GB internal memory.. which allows u install various apps (in 1GB system memory) n rest is for the ur daily use... performance wise superb...

Well...this is very nice phone. It has got a Massive 3gb internal memory, a nice 832 mhz processor (nice for a average user like me). A very nice touch, good interface. The only bad thing about the phone is a touch screen. But seeing the price (as of now) this hone is worth a buy. A very nice phone. Just go for it.
