I have two HP Laser printers in my office but this one seems to be better than them as it is much more compact and cheap. Also the start up time for this one is better and almost soundless.
Talking about service from flipkart, it is always beyond comparison.

I have been using this Printer for the last 4 months it is very good for its price.printing is very crisp and print are faster. very nice product.

Note: I use this mostly for simple art / design work. I don't generally print tons of stuff at once / bulk. So my review reflects that kind of use.
