You can upgrade this phone by taking it to a samsung showroom and you can ask them to install android for samsung s5620. It really is amazing. I got mine upgraded to android 2.3.5 . it is worth buying this phone. trust me guys.

i purchased this phone one month before, it is good looking and super functionality mobile. it is handy and flashy. all the features in this mobile r good, but u need to learn before using it. overall this mobile is good for that price.

I have bought this around 3 years ago and till today I have to charge the phone once or twice in a week, that's phenomenal battery life (if you use 3G battery will drain very fast, I dont use 3G much)
The touch screen response is best in its class.
Music quality is best with DNSe.
Outdoor visibility is good if u put the screen in max brightness.
Network and wifi reception is very powerful
Overall a best buy... with an awesome design you cant get better phone than this.

Ya the product is good and 100% genuine but after using it -02/ months its showed the defect like hanged, auto restart.

Although i consult with the service center they carried out the solution. but what would i do after a year (when warranty period'll expire)

It's been 1.3 year with this phone. I've changed the firmware 5 times since than. pros: 1) almost unbreakable. I've dropped it so many times by mistake.
2) internal memory is quite sufficient, around 200mb
3)good sound quality
4)good touchscreen response
5)3G is good enough
6)camera is good in bright day light
CONS:
1)Multi-text limit of 10 contacts at a time.
2)can't load larger websites with dolphin browser.
3)listener got bad sound. All my friends told me to throw my phone away.

but the mic of this phone is not working properly,
And am also wash this phone in dittergent with my pants
there is any other problem,
Am buy this phone for rs 9800, now its price bellow 8000,its good,to new user,

Battery backup is not more than 24hrs.....
I tried to Active Sync 3 times.... I lost all my contacts....
Touch screen is not so good....

I bougt it in the month of march 2011 it is a value for money phone not very happy with the auto rotation feature and at times the becomes quite slow samsung wave525 is much brtter mobile phone than samsung monte.If any body is going to buy samsung monte just think once more there are many more good options available.
