Fantastic and simply Brilliant

Ordered it Tuesday Night for Dad and got it within 24 hours...amazing service...flipkart...

Everything is worked out like a breeze...open pack...start...and configure itself...it even give options to partition the disk...with 640 GB at leisure the only thought in 50:50...

anyways...everything perfect...only stuff missing are those volume control and wifi toggle which I was use to on my Sony Vaio and HP Laptops.

However at this brilliant price and all else working...nothing more is needed...

i really like this lap, its easy on eyes and pocket, a 4/5 star in performance n time saving. but the only things that are bad is the dual tone silver becomes dirty soon n daily clean it should be kept and the other thing is oys saying its 640 gb but i do only have 590gb( it doesn make a diff for me/ you as long as u have a ext hd) there is no spl toggle key for volume but i don care as long as my 'fn' arrow keys works. i have been using it since a month im really happy. but its surprising ...

just go for it

i have this notebook, to be frank it is really wonderful. the battery backup is awesome. actually believe it or not i am getting backup for about 5 and a half hours to 6. i use the note book only for ms office application. when i use videos and stuffs i get about 4 hours. for a 15.6 inch notebook that is great as far as i am concerned. REMEMBER PROPER CHARGING HABITS ARE REQUIRED.
those who are planning to buy it just do it. if you want to watch the wonderful packing done by flipkart to this...

i purchased it online on 15th oct 2011, but i had to collect the package from the bluedart courier office on 22nd oct. Though the package had arrived on 21st may, the courier service did not deliver it to me. Anyway, the packing by flipkart was good, i got the laptop for a price of Rs.22986/-
The notebook is really good. It is faster than my desktop with core2duo E4600 @ 2.40ghz clockspeed.
i would recommend it to all.

Nicely loaded laptop from Samsung

Thanks to Flipkart, I bought this laptop which is decently equipped. Great value for money. First Samsung laptop bought and I love it.

Pros:
- Comes with Windows Home Basic
- 3 GB Memory
- Good processor
- Huge harddrive

Cons:
- Keyboard needs some learning

At this price, you can't demand anything more. Pentium dual core processors are on par with core i3. So just go for this product without any hesitations if you need a big screen, 3GB RAM, 640 GB HDD and of course, an authentic windows 7 home basic operating system. Samsung is known for quality..

Well, Samsung products are known for their high build quality and reliability. I've found that Samsung laptops have far better build quality than other laptops in the same range. Hirdesh can you tell me the typical battery life of this laptop? I believe the 2nd generation processor in this is more efficient. Most people mistakenly go for i3s and i5s but they don't realize that the new Sandy Bridge (i.e. 2nd generation) Pentiums are plenty fast! In fact, the Pentium B940 processor in this lapt...
