I have 2 kids so I bought the large size as I tried the first a bit ago..and it was comfy but I have a very heavy flow. The second size is almost too big, I wish there was one in between but I guess I'll just have to get the first one again and just not exceed 3-4 hours. Over all a very comfy and good product once you know your size! I will never go back to tampons!

A:we can use cold water after every use. bt once in a day sterilize it for few minutes.jb periods shuru ho tb sterlize krna n after 5days at d end sterlize karke rakhna
