Am first time user n must say it's a headache to insert it properly every time.. But once fitted well am totally relaxed for 7-8 hrs.. I used panty liners initially to check.. But nothing came out.. Not even a drop.. But for first time users plz wear panty liner if going out.. Or keep a pad side in case of emergency.. Sometimes if dislocated then u might bleed🙄

It is good, so comfortable to use that you can't feel it inside. But if you will not placed it properly then leakage is the only concern. You can use a pad for backup. A:No, you need to just relax your muscles, just slowly pull the tip of the cup, then pinch the end of the cup, rotate a bit, relax and pull it out. Simple!!

A:i personally don't want to suggest it to young girls especially who are not married. i don't have much clue regarding whether it ruptures the hymen partially or fully, but it definitely does damage it
