I tested out this TV in the showroom, and to be clear the panel supports only up to 30Hz at 3840x2160 resolution when connected as a desktop monitor.

I used my desktop with GTX 1060 with 3 separate HDMI 2.0 cables and tried all settings on the TV along with all the HDMI ports on the TV but to no avail. Just to be sure I connected the same setup to a Samsung 4k TV and it worked flawlessly at 60Hz.

So desktop users stay away from this TV as a monitor!

2.1080p/1080i picture quality is average not as clear as samsung, LG , Panasonic or even Micromax which is of the same price range
Cons
1. I doesn't play 4k video the main purpose is not solved
2. Very very poor service in Chennai since demo I have been trying to get in touch with the service people till now couldn't get their number even the toll free does not work PEOPLE IN CHENNAI BEWARE THERE IS LITERALLY NO SERVICE SUPPORT FOR SANSUI ...

Bought it for 50000 about a month ago. Delivery and installation was quick and satisfactory. No issues. Its a great buy when compared to the price of its pears. Picture and sound quality are impressive. The only problem i came across is that the system lags a bit when using smart functions of the tv mayb because of insufficient ram. Android version is also outdated but works fine. Dont compare it with samsung sony or lg tv because they hav a better picture quality for sure but also are twice...

First of All i would like to tell you dont go with negeative feedbacks, I got this LED in 50000 INR , Delivery was very fast, Installation is from third party
vendor not from Sansui so its average. LED picture Quality is similer to Samsung,Sony and other leading brands you can not differentiate we see both tvs in rows.

Android version is outdated , but still works good.
Now comes to 4K - It is working fine, only thing you need to run Video with H.265 MKV format.

It comes with 3 Year Warranty

I am writing this review after almost 12 months of usage. The screen has already started flickering with horizontal lines! Such a rubbish product from Sansui and worse is their service centre unit. No call back, no visit despite many complaints. Their customer care numbers are out if order as well. This item is not recommended. please buy any other brand but not this one!

the product was delivered as promised but the demo was done in a hurry as they had to deliver TVs to other customers
